By accessing and using the services provided by Vinkand Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Vinkand Technologies provides AR/VR development services, including but not limited to:

  • World Tracking AR applications
  • Image Tracking AR solutions
  • Location-based AR experiences
  • Object Tracking AR applications
  • Face Filters AR technology
  • Virtual Try-On solutions
  • Custom AR/VR development for various platforms

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when required
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not use our services to transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due as agreed upon in the project contract. We accept payments through various methods including:

  • Bank transfers
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Digital payment platforms
  • Cryptocurrency (as agreed)

All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in individual project agreements.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, and software, is the property of Vinkand Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all custom-developed AR/VR applications and related code remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vinkand Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vinkand Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
