This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Vinkand Technologies ("we," "our," or "us") provides refunds for our AR/VR development services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Project cancellation within 48 hours of project initiation (before development work begins)
  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon deliverables within the specified timeline due to our fault
  • Technical issues that prevent the delivered solution from functioning as specified in the project agreement
  • Breach of contract on our part
  • Mutual agreement to terminate the project with valid reasons

2.2 Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project completion
  • Dissatisfaction with design choices that were approved during the development process
  • Client's failure to provide required materials or feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Project cancellation after significant development work has been completed
  • Client's breach of contract terms
  • Third-party platform or technology limitations beyond our control

3. Refund Process

3.1 Request Submission

To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit a written refund request to [email protected]
  • Include your project reference number
  • Provide detailed reason for the refund request
  • Submit the request within 30 days of project completion or issue identification

3.2 Review Process

All refund requests will be reviewed by our management team within 5-7 business days. We may request additional information or clarification during the review process.

3.3 Refund Decision

We will notify you of our decision via email within 7 business days of receiving your complete refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.

4. Refund Amount

4.1 Full Refund

Full refunds (100% of paid amount) may be provided for:

  • Project cancellation within 48 hours of initiation
  • Complete failure to deliver agreed services due to our fault
  • Technical issues that make the solution completely unusable

4.2 Partial Refund

Partial refunds may be provided based on:

  • Percentage of work completed
  • Value of deliverables already provided
  • Time and resources invested in the project
  • Specific issues that can be resolved with additional work

4.3 No Refund

No refund will be provided if:

  • The project has been completed as per the original agreement
  • Client has approved all deliverables
  • Issues arise from client's requirements or third-party dependencies

5. Payment Methods and Processing

5.1 Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-15 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: 1-3 business days

5.2 Currency and Fees

Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. Any transaction fees charged by payment processors may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Project Milestones and Payments

For projects with milestone-based payments:

  • Refunds will only apply to payments made for incomplete or undelivered milestones
  • Completed milestones will not be eligible for refunds
  • Partial milestone completion will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

7. Intellectual Property Rights

In case of a refund:

  • All intellectual property rights to delivered work will revert to Vinkand Technologies
  • Client must cease using any delivered materials
  • Client must return or destroy any physical or digital copies of the work
  • Client may not use any concepts, designs, or code developed during the project

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

  • Request a second review by our senior management
  • Provide additional documentation or evidence
  • Seek mediation through a neutral third party
  • Pursue legal action as per the terms of our service agreement

9. Special Circumstances

9.1 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures of third-party services.

9.2 Client-Requested Changes

Additional work requested beyond the original project scope may affect refund eligibility. Any changes must be documented and approved in writing.
